Bad lighting

I hate it when i do a really pretty look but can't seem to find any good lighting. It's might be time to invest in a nice LED ring light. or those nights i feeling inspired and creative. I currently use my cell phone to take pictures. as much as i would love to have a canon camera they are a bit pricey. Does anyone know of a good camera thats good for taking picture of makeup under 200.00?
